My photographs seek to evoke a connection with the underlying magic of life. Too often we live in a world of our own expectations, blind to the beauty and oneness around us. My photographs of smoke reveal the complexity and beauty of the invisable sea of air we live in. I called it Spirit Work because of it efemeral flow and amazing resonance with our own human form. My figure work is not about beauty, but power. A woman's curves speak of life. They reveal her fertility, her ability to nurture, and her power to bring and guide new life to this world.
